Realistic Academic Institute (RAI) designs and delivers practical, community-based programs that address real challenges faced by Somaliland’s youth. Each program is built to be free, accessible, and transformative.

1. Youth Employability Program

Teaches CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and workplace communication skills.

2. Academic and Career Guidance Program

Guides Form 4 students and university learners in choosing the right academic and career paths.

3. Life Skills & Personal Development Program

Focuses on self-awareness, confidence, communication, public speaking, and goal setting.

4. Mental Wellness & Resilience Training

Equips youth to manage stress, avoid addiction, and build emotional strength.

5. School Retention and Dropout Prevention Initiative

Provides mentorship and peer support to reduce dropout rates and keep students motivated.

6. Study Success Workshops

Improves academic results through training on smart study techniques, memory tools, and exam skills.

7. Teacher Training & Educational Ethics Program

Raises the professional and ethical standards of teachers, with a focus on critical thinking in classrooms.

8. Epistemology & Critical Thinking Course

Trains youth to analyze knowledge, think independently, challenge stereotypes, and reject propaganda.

9. Organizational Communication & Project Writing Course

Prepares students to work in NGOs, offices, and institutions with practical skills in:

Internships and Volunteer Training Program

Pairs students with real-world organizations to gain experience, confidence, and exposure.
